Q1. How Long it will take to ship my order.
Ans. We ship All Products in 3-5 working days.
Q.2. When will I receive my order, as it is already dispatched but still not received it.
Ans. We always ship with big courier services which can be tracked online, you can can always check where your order is present time. All orders are delivered at maximum speed, but it all depends on your location and situation. Now a days it is taking some more then normal time due to covid19.
Q3. What if i received damage or faulty product.
Ans. If you receive damage product, share the images of damage product showing damage area clearly on our email email@example.com immediately. In case of faulty product inform us in 7 days. No return request will be entertained after that. Make sure all products returned should be in unused condition and to be returned in original packing only, without it no replacement or refund will be made.
Q4. Payment is deducted from my account, neither i have received any order number nor any acknowledgement from site.
Ans. I some very rare cases there may some error in payment gateway, so please share the screen shot of payment made or reference number at firstname.lastname@example.org, we will get it resolved immediately.
